Bottling and Production

Serums, tonics, emulsions, gels, masks and pastes or whatever you can imagine. Our modern mixing technology delivers perfect and reproducible quality for your products. From single, to assortment packaging in a display: all system processes for contract filling are under one roof. All relevant filling processes are carried out in-house, in addition to the standards (crucibles, tubes, bottles), we also fill ampoules, sealed bags, fragrances, and much more; from small series to mass production.
Documentation
Careful documentation is the basis for our quality promise.
That’s why MeCos conducts every step of the value chain in research and development according to the legal requirements:
- For each recipe, an individual product information sheet is created together with our customers, which can be made available to authorities in case of inspections.
- All raw materials used comply with the applicable cosmetics ordinance, as well as the current EC directives.
- All ingredients are declared in accordance with the latest INCI and PCPC nomenclature (formerly CTFA).
Packaging
MeCos is just as flexible, innovative and reliable in the areas of further and final assembly, as in the areas of consulting, development and production. In addition to the high quality of each individual product, more and more market articles are characterised by high quality packaging design and display concepts. On your request, in co-creation with packaging designers and product engineers, we will work out a packaging design especially tailored to your requirements. MeCos guarantees individual and creative solutions for your product success.
